 3rd annual 2013 Glen-Ed Spring Kick-Off Tournament

held April 4th – 7th at Edwardsville High School Sport Complex in Edwardsville, IL.
The tournament is a 3 game guaranteed event and is open to boys and girls U8-U14 and boys only U15-U18.

The fees are:
U8-U10 $375 boys & girls
U11-U12 $430 boys & girls
U13-U14 $500 boys & girls
U15-U16 $500 boys only
U17-U18 $525 boys only

The registration deadline is March 23, 2012. Discounts available for clubs with 5 or more teams participating. Because of limited availability, teams will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

2011 Glen Ed Trivia Night

The 5th Annual Glen Ed trivia night will be at the Edwardsville Moose Lodge on January 22, 2011.  Check-in 6 – 6:45pm.  Trivia starts at 7pm.  This is an adult only except for the trivia runners.

Tables are charged at $100.00 with 8 – 10 participants.

There are only going to be approximately 40 tables so you must reserve a table in advance to guarantee one.  The tables sales/reservations are first come/first serve.

Table reservations need to be made to Club Admin via email or mail no later than 1/12/2011.  Please email or mail your reservations to:

Put your team name and a Last name for reservation purposes in the email/mail.

Money will be due by 1/15/2011.  REQUIRED: One check per table

There will not be tickets, so the table participants should know what name their table is reserved under.

Trivia Night activities:

Trivia questions/answers – 8 or 9 categories / 10 questions

50/50 raffle

1st, 2nd, 3rd prize for the trivia winners

Planning for: 1-3 ticket raffle items to purchase chances for.

May have a few other raffle type money makers, these TBD

Mulligan options for each table – $20.00 per table

Trivia Night information

There will be a cash only bar – no alcohol will be provided by the Glen Ed Association – due to insurance reasons.

NO drinks are allowed to be brought into the facility.

People will be able to bring in snacks for their table
