Friday Glen-Ed added to that commitment by donating $50,000 to the District 7 EGHM Foundation, a non-profit organization that benefits District 7 athletics, academics and the performing arts.
The donation will be broken down into an annual $10,000 donation over the next five years. Funds were raised through the soccer club’s fourth annual Spring Kickoff Tournament on April 4-7. Teams traveled from as far as 100 miles away to be a part of the tournament.
